Hey guys.
Havent posted on here for a while, since christmas I have been poorly with one thing or another!
I had a nasty virus that put me in bed for 3 days and lasted 10, got over that and got a sinus infection, its not really bad but I'm so blocked up its causing pain in my ears and head.
Friday night through till sunday I had the most intense horrible pain in my whole head I called the out of hours doctor and he said a migraine. I took some migraleve which really helped. So this was sunday. My head hasnt felt right since, im still getting dull pain, pain in one place, my head hurts alot when I cough or bend down.
Is this the after effects of the migraine or is my sinus problem not helping? Ive never had such headaches ever.
