Hello every one...I suffered a panic attack few months ago and the worst part was that there is nothing real about it...I was devastating when others couldn't understand the exact feeling that one has while facing this horror..also I made it a point that I won't let it come out and try and be as normal as possible...I haven't changed my regular life pattern even one bit and that certainly gives strength..I am going to be travelling in a bus its a 5 hour long journey..let's see how does this monster effect me here but I am sure I will defeat this demon yet again..
