Spaced out feeling

I know this feeling is because of anxiety but how come I can get it when I get out of bed and have it all day. It makes me feel lightheaded and I worry that I am not really here. Even when I'm not anxious or I calm down it won't go away :(

i have this sometimes. i had it this morning. my head went realy funny & i went all spaced out. but i have got a cold.
