ESA Tribuneral/money stopped

Hi-wonder ifanyone can help.After waiting for 12 months for a hearing regarding nil points from ATOS I was awarded 15 points at the hearing.

But now found out that as I had received 365 days of cont.based ESA I am not able to claim any money. I am in receipt of DLA and my wife works part time. IT seems DWP say thats enough to live on even though we have to pay full council tax and rent.
As anyone been in this situationand could advise what if anything can be done Thanks.

Your best bet would be to talk to Citizens Advice Bureau about this so they can advise what to do.

Hi Nicola-thanks for your reply. Yes I have seen the CAB this morning. I was very disapointed as the young girl did'nt seem to know as muh as me. Although she did call the DWP on my behalf and I think she said they will send me a form GL3 by next week.
