Hi all - Great to have finally registered after years of lurking! I found the site by chance through a search. It's such a comfort.
I have health anxiety and I'm fine when I'm busy but if I have time off (eg Christmas hols) then there is more time for my mind to dwell...I'm self employed, work from home and so it's too easy to try and find Dr Google during the day and check symptoms. I also get anxious about driving and haven't driven for years.
I've got some current health issues, which are making me really anxious so I'll offload about those in a different place and look forward to meeting some of you along the way :scared15:
