Stomach Cramps Please help

Hello all i have been doing really well latley, but i am now anxious again this time about cramps in my stomach and groin, i am starting to get anxious again but i have not googled, my trusted doctor is not back till next Thursday i have these cramps in the sides and middle of my stomach and have some wind but i don't have a problem with constipation and diarrhea or needing to go to the bathroom all of a sudden, it is just a crampy feeling happening about 2 weeks now can this be anxiety related can anxiety bring on stomach cramping and stomach pain Thanks Graham

I've had this problem was ongoing for a whole month, worried myself sick about what it could be, although I do have IBS. It just wasn't settling and of course it can be brought on by anxiety. Did the cramps start after you began to get anxious? If so then its probably caused by anxiety. You should still go to your doctor if it doesn't settle.
