hi all, i've just joined the forum after doing various symptom searches on Google, and ended up here..
having suffered with various forms of anxiety over the years, most crippling was my panic attack phase some years ago, and now something else has decided to come and control my body, i do quite feel at home already.. :)
i'm trying very hard to keep 'normality' in my life, my day, as i have people who depend on me, but the anxiety monster is always lurking, and more and more i'm feeling jittery, which is bringing back the panic attacks...
anyway, i'll be posting on the relevant threads which brought me here, and try to contribute in other threads as much as i can.
