hi guys,my daughter in law ask me at teatime if I would like to go to McDonald's with her and my 2grandchildren,and to take my other granddaughter who I look after when she comes home from school.has this was the 1st time out except for me visiting my gp.I was very anxious in case it brought on another panic.well I sat in the restaurant with her and my 3 grandchildren and although I did not eat anything I was worried that I might choke I did stay with them for the whole time we were there.I know that the pills are working otherwise I would of not been able to of even gone in the first place.hope you are all feeling a little better x

It's really good to hear that you were able to get out and do this..... And to wish everyone well. It's neither here nor there that u didn't eat anything, as they would say "no point in biting off more than u can chew"...... But on a more serious note, u did really well & it's a huge step in the right direction.

thanks col I am going to take one step at a time.because of my health issues of the past (I'm registered disabled) I burned out over December and that is why I ended up with the big panic attack on new years day.x
