I'm a teenager who thinks she may have an anxiety problem. I don't really know, and I want to see if I can calm down without having to tell anyone. I'd rather not tell anyone, unless they don't know who I am! My username, OnMyOwn, comes from one of my favorite songs from my favorite musical, Les Miserables because I think we all feel all baby ourselves sometimes. Anyway, hope to make some similar friends here and I'll be praying for everyone here!!

i think most people on here will be able to relate to you in some way hun, i am happy to show who i am and say my name now im older as i'm proud of getting through all that i have, one day you will care less what people think-which is a good thing believe me hun, i hope you find the answers you need, i find the best way to conquer anxiety is not to run from it x
