This may sound a little odd, but even when I'm not worrying about anything or I may not be anxious at the time, but inside me I feel like I'm worrying and my heart will beat harder and faster. I find it extremely difficult to break out of it.
Say for example, I'm just watching TV or on the PC, basically when I'm alone I won't necessarily be thinking anything in particular, but my mind will feel like it's thinking, it's hard to explain, but that's the easiest way I can only put it.
If I am thinking, then it's A) thinking about my blood pressure or B) thinking about whatever symptom I'm currently having.
I need to stop thinking about all of these, and once I do I'm pretty sure my health anxiety and blood pressure will go.

People call me a worrier.

If I have nothing to worry about, I worry why I am not worrying :D

I wouldn't nessarilly say that is a sign of anxiety but part of ones make up.
