worse before better

Does anyone find their symptoms get worse before they get better??? I tense up and my hip, back and abdo muscles ache. Then as my anxiety depletes the muscles hurt more. Anyone else have this?

yes i have this feeling, its like its rising and then my back, head everywhere really aches, even my teeth, and then i just feel all knotted up
