all day feeling like rubbish

its been so bad the past two days :(. i have had bad pain in my head tight cheast and a bad pain in my wrist and to it off my hans are kinda numb. :( i fear i am going to drop dead 4 no need [xx(] please help i hate this love christina

You've probably heard this a 1000 times before but it might be reassuring to remind you that as horrid as panic is, it won't physically harm you and you won't drop dead. You will get through this and feel better, the bad feelings won't go on forever.

Sorry you were feeling so bad.

I know that those feelings can be very overwhelming and scary, but like Jo mentioned they will not physically harm us. Though whilst in it, it seems as though we will not survive it, does`nt it?

I hope you are feeling much better now.
