Worried about scabby mole

I noticed a mole on my right arm has gotten scabby and a bit red. I noticed it yesterday and I don't think it was there the day before. Obviously worrying excessively because of HA. I don't know if I cut it or not, I cant remember :(

Moles change gradually so if you don't think it was like that the day before yesterday then the likelihood is that you scratched it accidentally, probably overnight if you don't remember doing it?
