Is this common:shrug: i pressume so. I am having a nasty blip with severe anxiety at the mo and i just feel anxious about being anxious all the time and it spirals out of control:weep:

Try to be aware of your breathing and if you can
try to breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
Repeat a few times and your focus will switch
from from anxiety to breathing.
Your level of anxiety will decrease.

If you didn't feel anxious what would you be feeling?
May be you will be thinking of something nice or
things that will make you happy.

So, when your are anxious try switching your thought
towards those nice and happy thoughts.

You can do it.
You will get better!

Yes it's common, I get all agitated about my anxiety and wonder when or how it's all going to end ?

Yes, anxiety feeds on itself for me too. I get anxious, then mentally react to my body reacting to being anxious. :ohmy:
