I doubt that vitamins would do anything.

I've had light-headedness now for 5 years, probably related to the Mirtazapine I take. I've just got used to it, to be honest, it doesn't bother me too much, because I'd not sleep without the drug so it's a small price to pay.

If you've had tests and it's been diagnosed as anxiety, then taking steps to reduce the anxiety will no doubt lessen it's symptoms (sorry if I'm stating the obvious).

I've tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements, nothing had any noticeable effect - valerian, 5-htp, calcium, magnesium, selenium, high-dode vitamin C, Vitamin D, kalms....waste of money in treating anxiety certainly (in my own experience, YMMV)

What way is the correct way to breath. As I feel lightheaded everyday and feel like I rock to like being on a boat ?!
