I'm scared myn24/7 lightheadedness funny head hard to explain , and ringing in ears and pulse in head is a brain tumour.

I doubt it very much indeed or most of us on here would have a brain tumour as well !

I agree with Nicola. I am the same and I find the pulsating sound worrying but my GP said it is emphasised by anxiety. I must admit that the worse my anxiety is the worse these feelings are.
