I just hit the back of my head fairly hard

Hi guys.

I only posted in here a few hours ago about something different but now I have another question.
I was in my bedroom messing around with my boyfriend and fell back abit too quickly and hit the back of my head on the wall.
It also hurt my jaw.

Of course I am now thinking do I go to a&e? do I need to stay up all night and monitor my symptoms?
Someone reassure?

Since you have been able to type your message without any problems I am sure you are fine. With bumps on the head they used to tell you to stay awake but my son had a bad bump on his head which made him very drowsy, I was trying to keep him awake but the doctor told me to let him sleep as sleep is the best way for it to heal.
