Good evening,
I'm a relatively new member to the forum and didn't realise to the extent how bad some people suffer with anxieties in whatever state the suffer them from health anxiety to panic attacks etc.
Anyway all I though i'd say was that I think it is great to have somewhere where people can come and talk to others that are suffering from similar or have suffered similar in the past.
Anyway thought I'd say hi and if anyone needs someone to chat to, your know where I am.
