What's wrong with me ?

I woke this morning with a tight knot just above my belly button like someone was squeezing me tight anyway I then got lower back pains and needed for (have IBS-C) but BM was normal but once I finished I had a strange feeling like I needed to shoot back the loo like I had D* but I didn't need to go! I've still got this feeling now & still got tight squeezing feeling above belly button

Does anyone know what this is ??

It sounds like symptoms associated with ibs. I often get the feeling that I need to go when I don't. I think it is because with ibs you get pockets of trapped wind and when they move it can be painful and also give you the feeling of needing to go x

Just my mind over thinking I've been back and forth the loo only for nothing lol but it's this tight knot feeling in belly feeling I hate xx

Ibs can be so annoying, it is really affecting my life as I don't like to be far from a loo!

I never go loo maybe once a week but when I do go then I get all weird stomach feeling like my insides are so sensitive c
