numb left foot/pain

Hi for the last 6 months or so i've had a heavy/numb left foot and now to add it i'm getting some pain in there as well.

I was just wondering if this is something someone else had experienced?

I would mention it to your doctor. My son had a numb toe for a while and the doctor said it could have been with riding his moped (He drove from Italy to England on it). I think it is improving again now.

I'm kind of scared of going back to the doctors, I've been so much of late, my real concern comes from having a panic attack, that led to me having a numb arm, which I convinced myself I had, had a stroke and as if by magic my left foot became numb a couple of days later... another symptom of a stroke.

I had an ecg but I don't know if that would have shown anything to suggest if it had been a mini stroke. :(
