Lymphoma fear

I have really bad health anxiety and recently my fear was ovarian cancer. I was in the bath the other night and noticed my legs had cuts on them and remembered i was scratching the day before and now i am terrified i have lymphoma. I've read that itchy legs with lymphoma is so bad that scratching wont relieve it. Am i just being really paranoid? Please help. I'm 25

The weather has been so cold in the UK lately and having the central heating on is so drying that your skin is probably just itchy because of that. I know my skin is suffering in this weather and I'm sure we're not alone!

Make sure that you moisturise your skin everyday, especially after a bath/shower, and try not to think about it. It will probably go away then.

Good luck and please don't worry. I know from experience that it only makes your symptoms worse!
