Not overly worried about this symptom but was wondering if anyone has these strange 4-5 second headache pains, they come and go all day, have had them for a few days now. Is this anxiety? Haven't been very anxious the last few days.
I've also got a sore lump that extends from my shoulder to my neck, I don't know if it's a knot or not. It feels quite tight and stiff. I get terrified when I feel a lump so I'm hoping it's just tension.
I'm waiting back to hear about blood test results for my thyroid as that may be causing these headaches. Can anyone relate to this or give advice? Haven't been to the doctors in a few days which is good for me.
