A few symptoms of mine.

Hello,ok so I am starting to see a slight improvement in my derealisation but I have been feeling dizzy all the time almost like I'm drunk. And I have been having very dry, glazy eyes.
Is this normal anxiety symptoms?
Any advice would be lovely

Well the dizziness could be anxiety, or you might be slightly dehydrated or not getting enough vitamins or if you have had any sinuses issues that can cause dizziness too.

Your eyes may be dry if you are in a heated room, the weather has been getting colder and people are turning on the heating which can dry out your eyes, but also the cold air can do the same.
