It started off with my sinuses dripping down my throat, the roof of my mouth got very sore and raw.
It's awful to feel the mucous building up and to keep clearing my throat.
My nose is running and I've a headache.
I've this achy pressure on the front of neck and the top of my chest too.
I hate being sick, my anxiety goes through the roof.
I've not yet made a doctors appointment about my sore tongue either due to basically not being able to go alone at the minute and there never seems to be a good time for anyone else to come with me!
The days I had someone to come with me, I couldn't get an appointment or the doctors office was closed early, It's really frustrating when I can't do basic things due to my anxiety.
My temperate is 38 degrees Celsius and it's only ever that high when I've got the flu or bronchitis or the time I had food poisoning.
I hope it doesn't get worse or spread into my chest as I freak out when it feels any way harder to breathe.
I've been sleeping a lot, and I had been feeling a bit on the warm side all week despite it being cold, I didn't think to check my temperature until now lol
I think I'm just feeling sorry for myself, it's so frustrating that I feel like a big baby due to my anxiety.
