Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and computers. Last year my mother passed away with cancer and lost my job at the same time after 25 years. They closed down our store and all the full timers were not picked up in the other stores. I was ok for a while, looking for jobs then six months later I crashed out of the blue. Could'nt leave the house constant heightened anxiety. Have been getting lots of help going to work shops daily and very good docs. The work shop ended because the goverment changed the format, now I find myself slidding back I can't do this I have come so far I'm so angry at my self. I want to be the way I was. Im on my own and seen to be puhing all my freinds away again, I dont know what to do any more. Sorry to go on Lynne
