Not sure whether to move up a dose?

My doctor put me on 10mg of Citalopram a few months ago, after the first 3 or 4 week I moved upto 20mg.

My family and husband have noticed a difference in me, i'm doing better with my nerves and haven't been getting sick with panic when I see my family like I did before the meds.

My Doctor put me on them because I always feels hungry and it makes me sick and triggers panic attacks.

This is still happening though, I can do things but as soon as I feel hunger It sets me back and I get sik if I don't eat.

I need to ring the surgery today to either ask for another lot of 20mg as i've almost run out, or to speak to the doctor about moving up again.

I'm not sure what to do.

In this case it may be worth looking at what situations cause the panic attacks and how to deal with it. Good luck.

If you can stay at 20mg, stay there, give it a few months.

Thank you guys. I've decided to stay on the 20mg and review it again next month.

Not getting any councelling Noddy, my doctor said I would have to go out to get councelling rather than have a home visit so I decided to just have the meds.
