Hi guys,

I'm 21 years old. I'd suffered anxiety and panic disorders, now I am having pure obsessive about negative thoughts that sometimes make me feel so bad and depressed.

In my country (VietNam) there're not many good psychotherapist or psychiatric but I can order some books on Amazon to read it myself. If you have any please recommend. I think I have some sort of general anxiety because right now my mood is not stabilize and it changes every minutes (up and down through the day).

Thanks in advanced
Linh Nguyen
