Symptoms- hard to explain

Hi everyone, i hope someone can help. I cant explain how i feel. Its like I have no energy and feel faint and empty in all of top half of money. Do you know when you feel light headed. Well my stomach and chest area feel like that aswell. Could it just be a little virus or coldy thing? Or what? My head feels weird like I just want to sleep or close my eyes. Would really appreciate help.

Thank you for your reply. When I put my hand on my head just then I felt ven more light headed and a bit dizzy.
