Head sways??

Does anyone get head sways/swings?
I have been having problems with vertigo for a few months but i also can be laying in bed and then out of the blue it feels like my head sways fast inside for a second(don't know if that makes sense). I instantly feel hot and panicky when this happens.

Yes that's happening to me aswell, in fact parts of my body tremor too. I'm worried but its probably nothing.

I was going to write a post on this bloody awful feeling:huh:

I have been suffering for quite a while but I've never mentioned it to my GP because I could never explain what it was exactly.

Do you also feel slightly breathless when you wake up and does your head sometimes feel as tho everything that's in it is moving about?

Yes it feels like if i move my head fast everything inside is following behind. I also feel breathless when it happens and hot and panicky.
