Anxiety without heart palpitations?

Hi i have alot of symptoms from dizziness, jelly legs, tiredness, weak feeling, shaky, numb feeling in parts of body and loads of different symptoms but the one symptom i do not get is pounding heart beat? is it possible to still have anxiety without this symptom as i thought everyone got the heart palpitations with anxiety?

Hi Tom I don't I don't get palpitations at all so yes it is!

Mine is mostly chest pains so we each have anxiety manifest in different ways.

I have never had heart palpitations with anxiety
