Pregnancy and panic attacks

Waaa internet went off and my post disapeared :((( I resume just with a question. High blood pressure due to panic attacks can affect my pregnancy? Can this turn into pre-eclampsia? I know panic symptoms cannot harm us but and during pregnancy? I'm always obcessed with blood pressure! Now I calm down a bit and blood pressure got very low and I'm dizzy.
