Hi Guys, im new to this site.
Sorry in advance, if i have posted this in the wrong place... all a bit confusing to be honest...
My main issues are constant worrying, paranoia and anxiety...
, i go through themes of worry & doubt which last for approx 6mnths to a year, at the minute i worry about catching sti's and HIV...with this, i look at all of my friends and ask myself:
'have i slept with X?/what if ive slept with X and forgotten?'
once ive rationed my thought process for one person, it moves to the next and the next and to the next....
so scary sometimes, as i just dont believe myself, and find reasons to why my 'mind' couldnt be true... e.g. alcohol, lack of concentration etc.
Has anyone else experienced this?
