Hi all,
Just wanted to post the benefits i feel from yoga. Just started a class having tried one or two before, i was a bit sceptical as i like excercise that makes me sweat but its a good class, a good instructor, lots of relaxation with some breathing techniques and stretching the body slowly.
I do feel good the next day.
Thought i would recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it
