justa quickie to introduce myself

hello everybody, i am matt; i registered along time ago but failed to make use of the site, im a 39 male with gad/ panic disorder and touches of agrophobia i suffer with the same sypmtoms as we all do, my doctor put me on diazepam 7 years ago despite a stint a drug rehab facility to come off the benzo the sypmtoms returned and was put straight back on them again, gently weening off at the moment but finding it difficult to see a way through it all tried most ssri no but to no avail. battling on anyway hello to everyone m x

I too am weaning off the diazepam at the moment :scared15: take it slow, I tried last year and failed :wacko: but I have actually managed to find an anti d that is helping me now.
