I'm not sure tbh, I read the symptoms in the link you gave & I can relate myself 'medium-ish' to most of them.

I've always been generally quite distrustfull of certain people & prefer to work on my own ..., Maybe I'm like this as I cannot multi-task very well (work to my full efficiency & chat at the same time) , and certain people i find I just cannot form a social relationship or confidently start or maintain a conversation, so this affects my self esteem because I worry what people think or say about me.
