panic attack

Am feeling really panicky ...my husband took my gloves ( i need them to stop germs getting on my hands ) off me ...he said i was being stupid that i dont have a weak ammume system so i dont need them ...i cleaned my key board and i amusing hand sanitizer but am going to get loads of germs on my hand
...What also dont help is the fact i have Psychosis and the voices are telling me that am dirty but am trying to drown them out with music.:whistles:
I cant keep calm at all ...Am trying to calm myself down my counting ...1...2...3...over and over

Am still kinda panicky about not being allowed to wear my gloves
...My husband just don't understand that i need them...but i also have my hand gel that am allowed to use ...maybe that will keep the germs at bay ...
