DVT or Restless leg syndrome

Hi, when I was sitting down at my computer after a couple of hours I got a dullish ache in my right calf. There is no swelling or heat etc and the ache is mild. Strangely it feels better when I move about and when I am sitting down I have a massive urge to move my leg. The ache remains the same whether I am lying still in bed or in a chair and I have had it for a few hours now. I have had aches in my calves before that turned out to be nothing, but this had got my anxiety going. I heard that restless leg syndrome could also cause this, does anyone else know. By the way I have no extra risk factors, I am young, exercise alot during the week, don't drink, don't smoke etc.

I get this because I sit with the laptop on the coffee table and with my feet either on the floor or resting on the bottom of the coffee table.

I would say it is not a DVT

Oh thank you, I had quite bad posture I suppose, everything just scares the F**k out of me.
