blocked nose

hi guys,do any of you get that horrible feeling of a blocked nose all the time.even if I pick it (sorry)nothing comes out and I still can't breath properly.I even tried blocking one nostril and blowing hard but it's still the same.I have to breath in and out of my mouth and during the night I can always tell as my pillow is wet and on the outside of my mouth I have a dry white mark where I have been dribbling.x

hi Annie tried both of those and also head over a steam bowl,and a purifier,but still the same.x

have you tried alternating hot and cold compresses...10 minutes each x

Annie thanks could try this tomorrow,don't think I could try it tonight,I know it sounds daft but I have to work myself up to try something different.thanks anyway.x
