Fainting

Fainted this morning on the loo just after I got up. Had awful mid period pains, feel so worried now. Never actually fainted before and it's freaking me out.

You posted about this earlier today and I commented on the thread, like I said before I have fainted once with the pain before but only once. If your period pains continue to be really bad though I think you should visit your doctor. I used to find that a hot water bottle on my tummy helped. x

Hi Annie, yes I've been worrying about this all day, spent most of it in bed with hot water bottle. If I didn't have anxiety before I certainly have now! Seems ages till docs open on Monday :(

If the pain is really unbearable you could ring NHS direct.

Low blood pressure can cause fainting as well
