Need some reasurance please

Just want to double check that if lymph nodes are ultrasounded and come back normal, and the blood work comes back normal, then chances are there is nothing wrong right? Or would a person need a CT scan to be sure? Just worried about cancer

If they came back normal on a US and bloodwork they're normal, there's nothing wrong :)
