Sore throat, very upset and feeling very low.

Hi,

I have had a sore throat for a week.

I went doctors on Tuesday, he said throat looked ok.
Went back to see another doctor on Friday, he said throat was red and has given me two weeks supply of antibiotics.

I have taken the antibiotics for two whole days and not a single bit of difference.

Does anybody else suffer with this sore throat feeling with anxiety.

I can swallow ok with no pain but it feels sore and aches.
Also the roof off my mouth tingles.

Help?

you could have an infection.....if so the antibiotics will do the trick....if its still there after you have finished the course then you know it could be something else...probably anxiety
i remember a few years ago i had an horrific sore throat, it was so bad i remember crying all the time with it..it was an infection and cleard with penicillin
i hope it goes soon x
