Sharp twinges in head

I don't have any headaches or anything, but during the day maybe.. a handfull of times during the day, I'll get weird twinges/pains for no reason.
I can't really say where, abouts on my head but the last one I had was a sharp pain at the back of my head which lasted for about 3/4 seconds.

Is this a symptom of anxiety?

Head zaps they are called and we all get them

Yeah, is a symptom of stress, I use to get daily, I would get sharp shooting pains that would start at the back of my head, and go up front.
