hi just want to ask people what physical behavours they have when anxiouse , as when im anxiouse i walk on my tiptoes and if im standing still i do it and seem to bounce up and down as if i cant stand still and when siting i always lean forward or rock back and forth and because i know im doing it it makes me feel imbarrassed and feel i look a freak and i just want to get some advice on how i can stop doing it and is it a part of anxiety and if any one is simular thk you

it always makes feel more anxiouse when no one seems to reply and then i feel i must only be the only one that has these problems and its not anxiety

When I am anxious, I bounce my feet/legs a lot. I get really tense muscles. I also start to pace and have to get energy out.

I tap things with my fingers, if I am sitting in a chair I tap on the chair arm.
