Hello to everyone on NMP. I have been away from this site for a while and am checking back in to see if there is anyone that needs to talk to me or I can talk to about panic attacks. I hope everyone here had a nice Holiday season and got to enjoy themselves with friends and family. If you have anything you want to discuss about panic attacks and what other people may be trying I am happy to have messages from anyone.
