Flux/prozac - need advice/help!

Hello, I need to change my medication dose from 40mg to 20mg.
On 40mg I feel like a zombie constantly & always feel dp/dr.
I feel more anxious and keep having more panic attacks.
I started on 40mg last year & thought i'd see it through but
my doctor thinks i'm still on 20mg because I was too scared to
tell her that I wasn't coping :( I need help/advice on the best
ways/methods to come down from 40mg to 20mg.
Also any advice, coping tips etc would be amazing!

P.S. I also take vitamin chewy tablets
& 1000mg of omega 3 (one a day for both)

I was on 20mg and then 40mg of Prozac, on 40mg I felt more anxious but tired and not like me at all. To reduce I took 40mg one day and then 20mg the next for 3 weeks with no withdrawl symptos, then to 20mg daily for 6 weeks and eventually to 20mg every other day with no withdrawl or negative effects. Prozac has a very long life and takes ages to leave the body and therefore is the easiest to stop.
I took Magnesium and multi vits as I was told these help with anxiety but am unsure if they helped or not.
I actually felt better the lower the dose of Prozac I was on, 20mg every other day seemed perfect for me, it is very trial and error with these drugs. I tried to stick with each dose for 6 weeks before deciding whether it was for me, reduce slowly and try to be patient but from my experience reducing the Prozac is much, much easier than starting or increasing them.
