i find that anxiety does get more worse with the cold weather lol

Yes mine is, think I have SAD, always starts October November time and seem to be ok in the summer

yes, me too. i think the darker days exaggerates the feeling of detachment -physically i feel more enclosed and weird x

FOR SURE. For me, its not just the gloomy days... but the actual cold weather makes my health anxiety go through the roof. I feel extra shaky and week. Also, going from the cold outside to the warm inside makes me feel yucky for some reason...
