An intro to me!

Hi all. I have been on mainly venlafaxine for aprox 10 years to help with depression and anxiety. I have found it has helped a great deal in the beginning, but as time has gone on I think its just become a habit and not actually helping me overcome my core issues.

Anyway, this is the first time Ive been on one of these sites. I thought I should be sharing my experience and if I can help anyone that would be great. I will be looking for some advice/answers myself..
