Hi all,
I have posted before a couple of times and am after some advice/reassurance!.
I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for about a year now.
The majority of the problem i think stemmed from anxiety about heart problems. My GP has been a great help and i was referred to a cardiologist. Like many people here i had numerous normal ecg's, a 24 hour tape that picked up only 32 ventricular ectopics in the whole 24 hours, and a normal echocardiogram!
Probem is i'm struggling to get back into exercise. The minute i think of doing anything my heart rate starts to rise, legs feel shaky etc etc. Anyone got any advice please. I still worry about the cardiac thing, although i guess all those tests must be fairly reassuring. Sorry for the essay!

Could you try a slow, gentle exercise such as yoga? Or even just going for a walk? Then slowly increase over time if you are able to.
