hi guys i have spoken to a cbt person this afternoon and after speaking to her on the phone for 46 mins she has agreed for me to see someone for a assesment test.but i have been put on the waiting list which could take up to a month before i get to see them.well at least im on the bottom of the ladder and the only way is up,hope everyone is coping well.x
