panic attacks are back

Hi I'm new on here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Karen I have three children and I have had a history of panic disorder. I have read past posts on here and already taken some brilliant advice and no longer feel so alone :) . I suffered with attacks about ten years ago but gradually got better with help from family. I have been fine up until a month ago. My husband of twelve years left me and bam they are back worse than ever. I guess I just wanted to thank everybody on here as you have helped me so much already :) x
